Each of our fans creates a direct breeze zone roughly 4 times its own diameter. A 12‑ft fan produces a breeze zone about 48 ft across (roughly 1,810 sq ft), and a 16‑ft fan covers about 64 ft across (roughly 3,217 sq ft).

The best starting point is the dimensions of the area you actually need to affect — for example, 150 ft × 200 ft — rather than total square footage. In a large warehouse, size the fan to the zone where people are working, not the entire building. Fans won’t push much air movement down narrow aisleways, so focus coverage where it counts.

Not in the sense of a household fan from a big‑box store — those use direct‑drive motors. Our fans use an industrial gear‑drive motor, so some minor gear noise is to be expected.

Pricing includes your choice of any standard color, any input power configuration, and the controller. Your contractor only needs to run wire to the control cabinet and then to the fan — there’s nothing more to buy.

We offer 115, 230, and 460 volt input in single phase or three phase. The most popular configuration is 230V single phase.

Note that output power from the controller to the fan is always three phase, and (4) wires should always be run from the controller to the fan.

The control cabinet is a NEMA 1 enclosure containing a main fused disconnect, a Mitsubishi VFD (variable frequency drive), and terminal blocks.

Yes — up to (4) fans can run on a single controller. This adds some cost and lead time, so most customers run one controller per fan.
